Professional Photo & Virtual Tour

All of my listings receive Professional Photos and a Virtual Tour. These photographs are often a buyers first glance into your home and they should always make a positive, professional and lasting impression.

 

Email

A new listing is advertised via email the day it hits the market. With a large database of recipients this is a great way to find potential buyers.

 

Open Houses

Open houses are a great way to show your home to the public. It is a personal choice for each home owner wether they decide to hold Open Houses or not. My open houses generally run about 2 hours on either Saturday or Sundays.

Print Advertising

Yes, there are still print marketing avenues that are used in the digital age. They may not be as effective as they once were and yet they still impress buyers. I post homes in the local paper and distribute listing flyers throughout your neighbourhood.

 

Staging

A neat, bright and clutter free home is essential to the selling process. I can recommend tips and tricks to help your home show at its highest potential. If staging is required names of reputable company’s will be provided.
